Shipping & Delivery

So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can get your order? Please note that every order at get-kit is different and can take longer than no add on service orders. Order off shelves products usually take 1-3 business days, and any other order depending on the scale of order will take longer. We will advise our customers on how long these orders will take once we receive them.

• We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
• Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
• The estimate above does not include manufacturing time - we need 1-3 business days to make sure your custom order is everything you hoped it would be.

Get-Kit is an Australian company - we work with production and shipping partners all over the world to get your products to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.

1. How much is shipping?

   Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

2. Can I track my order?

   We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (Australia Post and Startrack)to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. A tracking number will be provided to you as most delivery services we use offer this service free of charge. 

3. Where does my order ship from?

   Becasue we provide an additional add on service like embellishments onto the garments you select, these orders will be shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse once complete. If you do not require any add on services then in most cases our orders will come directly from our suppliers to you.  We also carry additional stock in our warehouse of various products and they too will be delivered from our Melbourne warehouse. 

4. The Shipping Rates are charged for the shipping of your order are based on the weight and destination. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
